Fresh Connect began as a specialist desk for public relations hiring in London and grew into an independent consultancy trusted across the communications industry.
We are deliberately small. Where larger agencies measure success in placements per quarter, we measure it in the conversations clients come back for. A communications team is only as strong as the people in it, and the right hire is rarely the most obvious CV in the pile.
How we work
Every brief starts with the team, not the job description. We ask what the culture actually rewards, where the role sits in the wider structure, and what a successful first year looks like. Only then do we go to market. For candidates, that means honest guidance about fit and trajectory — not a scattergun of applications.
